SUBJ: NYC Veterans Day Parade 2005 Details Update -062/05
1. All hands are again invited to participate in the 2005 Veterans Day
Parade in New York City. Here are the details regarding this prestigious
event. The parade route is lengthy, running from approximately 25th to 58th
Streets, those interested in participating but unable to walk the route
should request vehicle assistance when they r.s.v.p.
2. "From the Greatest to the Latest Generation" is the theme of this
year's Veterans Day Parade.
Date: Friday, November 11th, 2005
Report for Duty: 0930
Location: The Eternal Light Monument between 23rd - 25th Street on 5th
Avenue.
Parade Steps Off: 1100 Auxiliary
Uniform: Tropical Blue Long with Wooley Pully and Garrison Cap or Service
Dress Blue with Combination Cover Auxiliary
Aviation Uniform: Flight Suit with Garrison Cap
Active and Reserve Uniform: Service Dress Blue with Combination Cover
3. Sign up via your chain of leadership. Division Captains should rsvp

5. The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
