1.	It gives me great pleasure to announce that Joseph G. O'Leary has
been appointed DSO-PS for the First Southern District.  Joe has been and
ADSO-PS for Group Moriches, and currently the ADSO-PS -Special Projects. Joe
brings a distinguished PS career to his new appointment, and for those who
attended the District Conference saw Joe run a great seminar. Joe can be

2.	I would also like at this time to recognize the superior job Rick
Aimetti has done. Due to work commitments Rick had to step down.  Rick lead
the way, with his fellow team-members through the onslaught of the PSI
rollout. Again, Thank you Rick.

3.	Joe and his team will be contacting all the DCPs, and PS officers
and setting up visits, and road shows to enhance our growth and retention
throughout the FIRST SOUTHERN.

4.	The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc. 

5.	Internet Release and Distribution is Authorized.
