SUBJ:	Conference Update -009/05

1.	Some folks have encountered difficulty when logging on to the
conference registration site.  The web address listed below should work just
fine. Once you access this web page, type in "Coast Guard" in the "Name" box
and our conference information will appear. 

2.	An electronic version of the conference program (a pdf) has been
circulated down the elected chain and a paper copy is being mailed to all
members. Registration can also be accomplished by mailing the registration
to the Conference Chairperson.

3.	An important note about orders.  Division staff officers receiving
orders are required to attend the workshop or their area (eg. PV, PE, OP,
etc). Similarly, new members on orders are required to attend the New Member
Workshop.

4. The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First Southern
abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
