SUBJ:	Change of Venue for  Dist BD MTG Saturday 15 Jan 05 -006/05	

1. The 1SR District Meeting slated for Saturday, 15 January 2005 will be
held in the NPS Bldg. 120 Information:

2.  To gain entrance to NPS Bldg 120, follow these instructions:

	A.  Entrance to Bldg. 120 faces NY Avenue on end of Bldg. next to
the parking lot. The Auxiliary logo and sign will be displayed by entrance.

	B.  The room in the Bldg. we are using is called the Multimedia
room.  It is on the first floor, down the hall from the entrance.

	C.  Access to the Bldg. is at 0730, meeting starts at 0900.

	D.  The Mtg. room has to be setup with tables and chairs, from
another room, and  put back after the Mtg. 

	E.  Any help by the members, with setup and put back would be
greatly appreciated.

3.	The District meeting is open to all members of the Auxiliary.  I
encourage all Auxiliarists to attend.

4.	The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc. 

5. Internet Release and Distribution is Authorized.
