SUBJ: 	Hotel Update for March Conference -004/05

1.	An additional block of rooms has been made available at the
Residence Inn Mystic for the District Conference in March.  Once again, they
will honor the Coast Guard rate of $80.  

2.	A two night stay is required at this facility. 

3.	Reservations can be made at 860-536-5150 or by going to their
website at www.mysticresidenceinn.com   Use the code CGACGAA for a studio
suite or CGACGAC for a one bedroom suite.  

4.	This block of rooms will be held until 2/4/05. You should NOT/NOT
use this hotel if your orders are for one night only, the Holiday Inn, as
previously advertised is also an overflow hotel since the Mystic Marriott is
booked solid. 

5.	The Holiday Inn at last report still had rooms available at the
government rate.

5.	The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
