SUBJ:	Addition to Procedures Guide -021/05

1.	The below addition will be included in the revised edition of the
Procedures guide when it is published. 

2.	The following procedures will be followed with regard to monthly
meeting and financial reports.
		
	A.	All Flotillas will file a monthly meeting report to the DCP.
The monthly report will contain financial reporting, including starting
balances, income, expenditures (summaries) and ending balances. 

	B.	All Captains will insure that all Flotillas file a copy of
the Flotilla report with the DCP for his/her review. 

	C.	A copy of the year end (December) bank statements SHALL be
attached to the annual Flotilla and Division Finance reports, submitted no
later than 1 Feb of each year.

3.	I hope to have the guide on the street and on my web site in early
March. It has been a large undertaking to revise the procedures in order
that we do things as best and efficiently as possible and to include
recommendations from Task Force Venezio. 

4.	YN1 Ferrara has done a great job getting things together on this -
when you see her at the conference in March, please pass her your thanks.

6.	The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
