SUBJ:		BOAT SHOW REMINDERS -071/05


1.	TO ALL WORKING the NY BOAT SHOW THIS WEEK!!!!!!

	A.	UNIFORM    --   Service Dress Blue Bravo
	B.	Pick up pass at VIP Booth. Return it to booth as you leave.
	C.	Make sure you arrive early for the shift you volunteered to
cover.
	D.	No coats or clothes should be in site. Place behind backdrop
	E.	Sign in on sign in sheet.
	F.	Rotate in and out of booth among yourselves, leaving all who
work time for a break and to walk the show!
	G.	Be very helpful and courteous to the public 
	H.	You must fill out your own 7030 Mission hour card to record
your PA time
	I.	Keep the pamphlets full on the table
	J.	Make sure "Coastie" is secure and fully charged at days end.
	K.	If you can not come to your shift time call me at
718-761-5145
	L.	I will try and be there on most shifts.
	M.	George Wirthman will be the lead when I am not there. Please
check with him for signing in and assignments.

2.	Have a great time at the show and remember to enjoy the fellowship
and have fun
