SUBJ:		NEW TCT COORDINATOR AND POLICY -068/05


1.	I would like to announce that our Operations and Training Officer
CWO2 Mark Ferreira has now been assigned as the First District Southern
Regions Auxiliary TCT Coordinator. Auxiliarist Sharon Fox has stepped down
due to her recent election as Captain of Division 2. I would like to thank
Auxiliarist Fox for volunteering for this position, she has done an
outstanding job during her tenure as TCT Coordinator. Auxiliarist Fox
arranged 22 TCT Sessions, for both Active duty and Auxiliary, from April
2005 thru December of 2005 and 6 are pending for 2006.

2.	Due to a lack of attendance at the last several TCT Classes held and
recent discussions with EXCOM, D1SR Auxiliary will be changing its TCT
format for class scheduling. We will be scheduling a minimum of 2 classes
per each RCO's Area of Responsibility annually. To be fair to the TCT
Facilitators, who are traveling under orders from Headquarters, full classes
(30 members) are encouraged.

3.	CWO2 Ferreira is currently working with Auxiliarist Fox to
coordinate the 6 pending classes to align them with this policy.

posted in the near future. 

5.	The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists in the First
Southern abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
